Shivam Home Decor accepts UPI and Cash on Delivery. We do not accept cards, net banking or wallets, and we never store payment details.

UPI

Scan the UPI QR code shown at checkout from any UPI application and pay before dispatch. The order enters handling once the payment is confirmed. If a payment is debited but no order appears, email [email protected] with the Order ID and transaction reference and we will trace it.

Cash on Delivery

Available for eligible orders and PIN codes. No additional COD fee. Payment is made to the delivery agent when the parcel arrives.

GST

Shivam Home Decor is registered under GST. Our GSTIN is 27CZWPS0480F1ZS. Prices shown on the site include GST, so the tax portion is separated out at checkout rather than added on top. A GST invoice showing our registration number is available on request — ask when you place the order, or email us afterwards with the Order ID.

If you are buying for a registered business and want the invoice raised against your own GSTIN, send it to us with the Order ID before we dispatch.

What you pay

The price on a product page is the GST-inclusive price. Delivery is free from ₹999; below that a flat ₹59 applies. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Currency

Prices are in Indian rupees and all orders ship within India.

Failed and duplicate payments

A failed payment charges nothing and places no order. A duplicate payment on the same order is refunded within 5 business days once we confirm the duplicate transaction.
