Each order has two references: the Order ID we assign at checkout, and the courier’s tracking number once the parcel leaves us.
The two references
| Order ID | Our reference, on the order confirmation email. Quote it in any message to us, including a request for a GST invoice. |
| Tracking number | The courier’s reference, emailed after handover. Use it on the courier’s own tracking page. |
| Order email | The email address used when the order was placed. |
Asking us for a status
Email [email protected] with the Order ID and order email, or call +91 88501 69727 during Customer service: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM IST, daily. We reply within 1 business day.
What the timings mean
Nothing is trackable during the 1–2 business day handling window, because the courier does not have the parcel yet. After handover, expect 3–6 business days in total to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. The first scan can take up to a day to appear.
Multi-parcel orders
Bulk hinge boxes and long drawer runners sometimes travel as two parcels with two tracking numbers, and they can arrive a day apart. Both numbers are in the dispatch email.
If tracking stops moving
Couriers go quiet between hubs, particularly during festival weeks and heavy monsoon. If nothing has moved for several days beyond the estimate above, send us the Order ID and we will chase it.
Delivery attempts
Couriers usually try more than once and will call the number on the order, so please keep it reachable. If a parcel returns to us undelivered, we contact you to arrange a re-send or a refund.
