Can I get a GST invoice?

Yes. Shivam Home Decor is registered under GST with GSTIN 27CZWPS0480F1ZS. Prices on the site include GST and the tax portion is itemised at checkout. Ask for a GST invoice when you order, or email us afterwards with the Order ID. If you want it raised against your own GSTIN, send that before we dispatch.

Do prices include GST?

Yes. The figure on the product page is the GST-inclusive price, so the tax is separated out at checkout rather than added on top.

How do I pay?

UPI or Cash on Delivery. No cards, net banking or wallets. COD is available for eligible orders and PIN codes with no extra fee.

What does delivery cost?

Free from ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹59 for the whole order, shown before checkout is completed.

How long will delivery take?

1–2 business days of handling plus courier transit: 3–6 business days in total to metro cities and 5–10 business days elsewhere in India. Estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Which hinge do I need?

It depends on three things: the overlay (how much the door covers the frame), whether the cabinet is face-frame or frameless, and the cup bore, which is 35 mm on concealed hinges. Send us a photograph of the hinge you already have, fitted in place, and we can help you compare it against the specifications listed.

How do I measure for drawer runners?

Measure the internal depth of the cabinet, not the drawer box, and choose the next size down rather than up — a runner a fraction too long will not let the drawer close.

What do hole centres mean on a handle?

The distance between the two screw holes, centre to centre. It is the measurement that decides whether a handle drops onto your existing holes; the overall length of the handle does not.

Do you install or fit any of this?

No. We supply the parts only. Electrical fittings should be installed by a competent person under local wiring regulations.

My parcel arrived damaged. What now?

Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and its contents. An unboxing video is strongly recommended. We arrange a replacement or refund where applicable and cover the return shipping when the fault is ours.

Can I return hinges I have already fitted?

No. Change-of-mind and wrong-fitment returns need the parts unused and in their original packaging, within 10 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by you.

Can I collect from your address?

No. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. The address shown is our business and order fulfilment address. Everything is delivered by courier.
