Care & Use
Soft close needs the drawer to be pushed past the engagement point — a half-hearted push leaves it standing open, which is normal rather than a fault. Check the cabinet is square before fitting; a racked carcass will stop the damper engaging on one side. Do not lubricate the damper cylinder.
