Forty small straight braces at 2 by 0.6 inches. The small size is the point: on thin board or a narrow rail there is no room for a large plate, and an oversized bracket simply splits the timber it is screwed into. Forty small braces suits drawer boxes, picture frames and light cabinet work, where the timber is too thin to take anything larger without splitting.

Care & Use
Match the screw length to the material thickness — on 12 mm board a long screw will come straight through the other face. Pilot-drill anything harder than pine. These are for light joints; a loaded shelf bracket is a different fitting.
